Ingredients: 2 1/2 Cup(s) flour 1 stick butter 2 egg 1/2 Cup(s) milk 1 Teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
Mix and roll out on wax paper. Wait 45 minutes. Cut in strips. Cook in 6-8 cups of hot chicken broth for 20 minutes. Add one whole chicken, cooked and cubed. Aunt Jackie: "I use my mixer with the dough hook to mix it. I put in all the ingredients. I cut the butter in cubes so it will mix easier. You can cook a chicken, debone it, and set the meat aside. Bring the broth to a boil and then drop in your noodles. Cook them until the noodles are done and tender and the broth thickens." |
